BURGLAR ALARMS FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERICAL ACCOUNTS:

Call location number provided. If no answer or invalid password given we call to dispatch police. Then we notify emergency contact list you supplied.

RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARMS:

Call location number provided. If no answer or invalid password given we dispatch fire department and then notify emergency contact list you supplied.

COMMERCIAL FIRE ALARMS:

Immediate fire dispatch and then notify emergency contact list you supplied.

RESIDENTIAL CO (Carbon Monoxide)  DETECTOR:

Call location number provided. If no answer or invalid password given we dispatch fire department and then notify emergency contact list you supplied.

COMMERCIAL CO (Carbon Monoxide) DETECTOR:

Immediate fire dispatch and then notify emergency contact list you supplied.

ELECTRIC POWER LOSS, LOW BATTERY, TROUBLE SIGNALS:

Call location number provided between the hours of 8am and 9pm only and leave message if no direct contact. Notify emergency contact list you supplied.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENTAL, HIGH WATER OR LOW TEMPERATURE:

Call location number provided and if no answer leave a message and then notify emergency contact list you supplied. If no direct verbal contact is made continue the process until someone is spoken to directly.

SUPERVISORY TROUBLE:

Call location number provided and if no answer leave a message and then notify emergency contact list you supplied.
